Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for developing and executing visual concepts across digital and print media, including marketing campaigns, product collateral, social media assets, and presentations. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape and maintain brand identity, create logos and design systems, and ensure consistent visual storytelling across all touchpoints. Daily tasks include translating briefs into high-quality designs, refining typography and layouts, preparing production-ready files, and providing design guidance to junior team members. The role also involves staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the visual impact of Swaves Global Technologies’ communications.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics, with experience creating visuals for digital and print channels.
Demonstrated expertise in Logo Design and Branding to build and maintain cohesive brand identities.
Advanced understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, engaging, and accessible design.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A portfolio showcasing high-quality, relevant work in branding, digital assets, and visual communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in technology or B2B environments is an advantage, along with familiarity with UX/UI principles.
