Albion Group is looking for an experienced Senior Financial & Business Analyst to support Group management with financial planning, business performance analysis, cash-flow management, project finance, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & management reporting
• 13-week cash-flow and working-capital forecasting
• AR/AP, profitability and project financial analysis
• Project costing, margins, commercial risk & cash exposure
• Business performance and scenario analysis
• International / multi-entity financial analysis
• Support Canadian & U.S. government project finance
• Develop financial models, dashboards and management reports
• Work closely with senior management, commercial, project and finance teams
Candidate Profile
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis / FP&A / Commercial Finance / Project Finance
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or related field
• CPA / CMA / ACCA / CIMA is desirable
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
• Advanced MS Excel; Power BI / Power Query preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks, D365 or similar ERP/CRM systems
• International / multi-entity or project-based experience preferred
• Excellent communication and business decision-support skills
