Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Technician for Electronics role based in Repalle. The Assistant Technician will support senior technicians in installing, testing, and maintaining electronic equipment and appliances. Daily tasks include assisting with basic electrical and electronic troubleshooting, performing routine checks, handling tools and components safely, and documenting work performed. The role involves following maintenance schedules, supporting repair activities, keeping the work area organized, and reporting issues to supervisors promptly. The Assistant Technician will collaborate with the technical team, follow safety procedures, and help ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of electronics, electrical components, and common measurement tools (e.g., multimeters).
Candidates should possess skills in assisting with installation, routine maintenance, and simple troubleshooting of electronic devices and machinery.
Candidates should possess the ability to read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and work orders.
Candidates should possess good attention to detail, basic record-keeping skills, and the ability to report technical issues clearly.
Candidates should possess an understanding of workplace safety practices, including safe handling of tools, equipment, and electrical systems.
Candidates should possess effective teamwork and communication skills and be able to take direction from senior technicians and supervisors.
A relevant technical qualification or certification in electronics, electrical, or related field is preferred; prior experience in an industrial or electronics service environment is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Repalle, adapt to changing tasks, and learn new tools and procedures as required.
