Essentials
Job title: Software Engineer – Paid internship
Location: Romania, in-person Bucharest Blvd Unirii
Type: six-month paid employment contract, Subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement, the contract may be extended or prolonged following the completion of the initial six-month period.

Role
Our client is looking to expand his capabilities by recruiting someone to support the Software Team’s efforts in documenting their products from a functional and technical PoV as well as support internal and external efforts to communicate said documentation. Internally, their Customer Success, Customer Support and Channel departments frequently require help from a fully technical person and externally, ISVs who develop apps for their platform require in-depth technical support to integrate with their softwrae as well.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
Draft and review technical documentation:
How-to’s for end users
Security overviews of certain products
How-to’s for external developer ecosystem
Release notes
Communicate with Software, Customer Success and Customer Support cleanly and accurately
Support with release management end-to-end
Shadow a Senior SWE with experience in the above-mentioned tasks
Your Key Competencies
What We’re Looking For (Required)
Great attention to detail and highly organized
Entry-level knowledge of diverse software systems (familiarity with terms like API, REST, AOSP, IOT, STT, TTS)
Some experience with AI and orchestration (writing skills, using agents)
Good speaking and writing skills
Tech stack
Legacy Cloud: .NET + Angular
New Cloud: Python + Node + React
On-Device: small amount of Java + mainly Kotlin
Note
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Open to final-year students and recent graduates
