Grid Dynamics is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join an international project and help build and evolve a modern internal developer platform.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Platform/DevOps Engineer who enjoys building things, improving developer experience, and turning infrastructure challenges into scalable platform solutions.
You will work with modern cloud-native technologies including AWS, Kubernetes, Argo CD, Crossplane, Terraform, and GitHub Actions, while also using AI tools to make engineering and automation more efficient.
What you’ll work on
Build and improve an internal platform used by engineering teams
Develop GitOps-based deployment and infrastructure automation
Work with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) environments
Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform / OpenTofu
Work with Argo CD and modern GitOps practices
Develop reusable CI/CD workflows and platform tooling
Work with GitHub Actions and GitHub-based engineering workflows
Improve developer self-service and developer experience
Automate infrastructure and operational processes
Use modern AI coding assistants and agentic AI workflows in daily engineering work
Collaborate with Platform, CloudOps, DevSecOps, FinOps, and SRE teams
Contribute to technical POCs and introduce new tools and engineering practices
What we’re looking for
7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or similar roles
Strong hands-on experience with AWS
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes / EKS
Hands-on experience with Argo CD and GitOps
Experience with Crossplane
Strong Terraform / OpenTofu skills
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Experience with GitHub Actions
Good understanding of AWS networking: VPC, subnets, routing, security groups, Route53, etc.
Experience with Python, Go, Bash, or another scripting language
Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in engineering work
Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership and drive tasks from idea to completion
English B2+

JFrog Artifactory or similar artifact management tools
Istio or Linkerd
Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry
SRE practices: SLOs, SLIs, incident management
