Education and Qualifications
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications: Industry-standard credentials like PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ITIL, or DevOps certifications.
Core Technical Skills
SDLC & DevOps: Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Tools: Proficiency with deployment and tracking tools like Jira, Jenkins, Git, and release automation platforms.
Governance: Knowledge of change management standards, risk mitigation, and release readiness criteria
Experience and Soft Skills
Experience: 3 to 6+ years in release management, IT project management, or software deployment coordination.
Communication: Exceptional cross-team coordination to bridge technical engineering and non-technical business stakeholders.
Leadership: Ability to manage release calendars, drive go/no-go decisions under pressure, and enforce best practices across multiple product squads
