Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills for assessing candidates and collaborating with hiring managers.
Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to support new team members during their integration into the organization.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple open roles and deadlines.
Candidates should possess proficiency with applicant tracking systems and basic HR tools or software.
Candidates should possess the ability to build relationships, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a professional, inclusive approach to hiring.
Candidates should ideally have prior experience in recruitment or HR, and a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

What We're Looking For
Must-Have 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist roles.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Highly organized with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Preferred Experience hiring for Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, or Creative Industry roles.
