Role Description The Senior Designer UX/UI role is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the design of digital products from concept to delivery. This role involves researching user needs, defining user flows, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications. The Senior Designer UX/UI will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure solutions are user-centered, visually coherent, and technically feasible. Day-to-day tasks include conducting usability reviews, refining interaction patterns, maintaining design systems, and presenting design decisions to stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, contributing to design standards, and continuously improving the overall user experience across client projects.
Qualifications
Strong UX design capabilities, including user research, journey mapping, information architecture, and interaction design.
Proficiency in UI design tools and practices, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, design systems, and responsive interface design.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs for web and mobile platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, and to communicate design rationale clearly.
Track record of working on end-to-end product design in agile or cross-functional teams, ideally within digital, financial, or tech domains.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-centric mindset grounded in data, usability feedback, and best practices.
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in design, HCI, visual communication, or related field; leadership or mentoring experience is an advantage.
Comfort working remotely across time zones, with strong self-management, documentation, and communication skills.
