About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Recruiter / HR Executive to join our team in Noida. The primary responsibility of this role will be end-to-end recruitment and hiring, along with supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
Recruitment & Hiring – Primary Responsibility:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, profiles, and timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other relevant channels.
HR Operations:
Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist with attendance, leave, and other routine HR-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in recruitment/HR, preferably with significant exposure to end-to-end hiring.
Preferred Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms.
