What You’ll Do
Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support
Provide Critical Incident Stress Management/Support (CISM/CISP) to individuals or groups affected by critical incidents, traumatic events, or high-stress situations
Support clients experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more
Apply evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to assessment, intervention, and psychological support
Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes
Provide timely documentation and case notes in accordance with clinical and platform requirements
Requirements
Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
Expertise: CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
Experience: Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours
Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English; proficiency in Hejazi Arabic is preferred.
Preferred: EAP experience, CISP Experience, or Group counseling
Bonus: Openness to occasional onsite work
