Salesforce Developer

We've teamed up with a Salesforce consultancy that's been quietly growing fast, the kind of place that plays the long game with its clients rather than chasing quick wins, and they're looking for a Salesforce Developer to join the team.
They think about the bigger picture, not just the technical fix, and they'd rather take on the complex, interesting project than the easy one. Their approach to best practice comes from solid object-oriented programming, with Salesforce as the platform they build it all on.
The role
You'll be building and configuring Salesforce solutions alongside a genuinely senior team, the kind of people you can learn a lot from. If you like programming and you like learning, you'll fit right in here.
What you'll bring
Some hands-on Salesforce development under your belt (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, or serious configuration work)
A solid handle on object-oriented programming
You don't need a work permit sorted
Nice to have (bonus, not required)
A Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Engineering or similar
A certification or two already, or the drive to go get them
You'd rather get stuck into something complex than coast on the easy stuff
What's on offer
Competitive salary
Company car, meal vouchers, full insurance cover, and net allowances.
A permanent role, based in Belgium
Real mentorship, not just a buddy system, plus a route to more Salesforce certifications
A young, down-to-earth team with plenty of room to grow, up or across

Work arrangement
