Role Description The Solutions Architect D365 role is a full-time position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the individual designs end-to-end solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating business needs into solution architecture, guiding configuration and customization efforts, and overseeing integrations with other systems. The role involves collaborating with consulting and development teams, conducting design and review sessions, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. The Solutions Architect also supports pre-sales activities, advises clients on best practices, and helps optimize existing D365 implementations.
Qualifications
Strong Solution Architecture skills for Microsoft Dynamics 365, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
Consulting experience, with the ability to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical designs.
Software Development and Integration skills, including understanding of APIs, extensions, customization frameworks, and integration patterns.
Business Process knowledge to analyze, document, and optimize workflows within D365 and related applications.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or related modules) and the broader Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure) is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365, Azure, or Solution Architecture are a plus.
