Role Description This is a full-time remote Driver role supporting KiaraHub.com’s transportation services in and around Varanasi. The Driver will operate assigned vehicles safely, follow traffic regulations, and provide timely pick-up and drop-off for city rides, outstation trips, and guided darshan services. Daily responsibilities include vehicle inspection, basic maintenance checks, route planning, and adherence to company policies for safety and service quality. The Driver will interact with passengers in a professional manner, assist with luggage when needed, and use mobile applications or communication tools to manage bookings and schedules. The role also involves coordinating with dispatch or support teams, reporting any incidents, and maintaining accurate trip records.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong truck driving skills and experience in operating commercial vehicles, including familiarity with basic truck maintenance.
Candidates should possess a valid CDL Class A or equivalent heavy vehicle license, with a clean driving record and knowledge of applicable road and safety regulations.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills to interact clearly with passengers, dispatch teams, and support staff.
Candidates should possess customer service skills to provide courteous, respectful, and helpful support to riders in diverse situations.
Additional beneficial qualifications include knowledge of local routes and landmarks in and around Varanasi, ability to use GPS and ride-management apps, reliability in time management, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
