Role Description The Product R&D Engineer is a full-time role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. This role focuses on researching market needs and emerging technologies, defining product requirements, and contributing to the design and development of innovative solutions for clients. The engineer will plan and execute R&D initiatives, conduct experiments and feasibility studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as software development, business development, and marketing to refine product concepts. Daily responsibilities include performing product testing and validation, analyzing performance data, documenting findings, and presenting recommendations for product improvements and new features. The role also involves supporting proposal development with technical inputs and ensuring that products meet quality, compliance, and client expectations.
Qualifications
Minimum exp of 3 years
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate product performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills to explore new technologies, assess feasibility, and generate innovative product concepts.
Candidates should possess Testing skills to design test plans, execute validation activities, and ensure product reliability and quality.
Candidates should possess Product Development skills to contribute to requirements definition, design iterations, and successful product launches.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical ideas clearly, and document findings and specifications.
Experience with software or technology product lifecycles, prototyping tools, and quality assurance methodologies is beneficial.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Bengaluru, with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
