Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day social media operations, including content writing, scheduling, account optimization, content calendars, and basic reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Write engaging, grammatically correct captions and social media content.
Create and manage content calendars and posting schedules.
Publish and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile.
Set up new social media accounts and optimize existing profiles, bios, links, and keywords.
Adapt content according to each platform’s audience and format.
Maintain posting records and content calendars using Excel/Google Sheets.
Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for content ideas, research, editing, and productivity.
Conduct basic trend and competitor research.
Coordinate with designers to ensure content is ready on time.
Proofread and check posts for grammar, links, hashtags, formatting, and brand guidelines.
Follow SOPs, deadlines, and quality standards.
Required Skills
Strong English writing and grammar.
Good understanding of major social media platforms.
Experience with social media scheduling/publishing tools.
Basic Canva skills.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Good understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
