Contacts, liaises, plan, communicates with vendors for :
work planning and preparation,
ensuring completeness of necessary documentation
site access, arrangements,
coordination with related parties (other vendors, user/client, other stakeholders)
work execution monitoring and supervision,
verify and acceptance of work done
compliance to post execution requirements
