We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in the Chandigarh Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal staff. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include responding to support requests, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and maintaining network systems. The IT Support Technician will also assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software, as well as provide training and support to users. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members are essential. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of IT support principles, system administration, and network support. Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and a passion for technology will be key to success in this role.
