Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Java Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and modern full-stack development practices. This role involves leading development initiatives, mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications.
Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and scalability.
Design and manage database solutions using SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions.
Support CI/CD implementation, release management, and cloud deployments.

5-8 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading development teams or owning technical deliverables.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Software Engineering Principles.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
