Operations Management: Direct day-to-day Workshop activities to meet desired output targets, and delivery timelines.
Quality Control: Enforce strict quality checks and safety guidelines for all passenger vehicle assembly, diagnostic, or repair stages.
Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and motivate Technician, and floor supervisors & Advisors
Cost & Budget Control: Manage operational budgets, minimize material waste, and optimize workflow efficiency to improve profitability.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and occupational safety regulations
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in automobile sector, large workshop management.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of passenger vehicle systems, and computerized diagnostic or plant management software.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, budget tracking, problem-solving abilities, and cross-department communication.
