Role Description The Flutter Developer Intern is a full-time remote role focused on supporting the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing UI components, integrating APIs, fixing bugs, and writing clean, efficient code under the guidance of senior developers. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, participate in code reviews, and contribute to testing and documentation to ensure high-quality releases. The role also involves learning and applying best practices in software development, performance optimization, and secure coding while working in an agile environment. This position offers hands-on experience with real-world projects and opportunities for mentorship and skill development.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in Dart or similar languages and interest in mobile app development.
Understanding of Back-End Web Development and APIs, including RESTful services and basic database interactions.
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to apply OOP concepts in designing and structuring Flutter applications.
Familiarity with Flutter framework and mobile UI/UX principles, including responsive layouts and state management.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, collaborate effectively in a team, and communicate clearly in English.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Exposure to version control tools (e.g., Git), agile methodologies, and basic testing practices is a plus.
