AI Trainer - STEM

Summary
We're looking for experienced STEM professionals to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems by testing how they perform on real-world scientific and engineering challenges.
Responsibilities:
You'll create realistic technical scenarios based on your professional experience and assess how frontier AI models respond. This could include:
Data analysis and interpretation
Experimental design and validation
Engineering calculations and design reviews
Failure investigations and root cause analyses
Technical reporting and documentation
Simulation review and verification
You'll compare AI-generated outputs against professional standards, identify errors, and help build more capable and reliable AI systems.
Requirements:
2+ years of practical experience in: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics
Bachelor's degree
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written English
Experience working with real-world data, experiments, testing, simulations, or technical documentation
Familiarity with Python, MATLAB, R, or similar tools is a strong advantage
Experience using AI/LLM tools
