Oracle HRMS Technical Principal Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Financial Technical with 12+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financials, strong technical expertise, and proven experience in production support, integrations, solution development, and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.
Strong expertise in iProcurement, iExpense, Payables and Purchasing modules.
Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, OAF (Personalization / Customization) and Oracle Workflow
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical development and production support for Oracle EBS Financials.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Develop and support Oracle EBS customizations, integrations, APIs, and third-party interfaces.
Support data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Perform complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimization.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members and business partners.
