The Role & Responsibilities
Build, document, and test scalable web components using React, TypeScript, and Storybook.
Lead the evolution of our Web Design System, ensuring strict decoupling of UI components from business logic.
Collaborate with visual designers to enforce design tokens (colours, typography, spacing) and maintain 100% parity between Figma design specs and code.
Drive web app performance, WCAG accessibility standards, and responsive cross-browser rendering.
Requirements
2–4 years of professional web frontend engineering experience.
Deep expertise in Storybook, React / Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS architectures (Tailwind / CSS Modules / Styled-Components).
Strong understanding of atomic design principles, component isolation, state management, and API integration.
Experience setting up automated visual regression testing (e.g., Chromatic, Percy) is a strong plus.
