Key Responsibilities
Handle project billing and invoicing within defined timelines.
Coordinate with clients for invoice certification and completion of the billing process.
Coordinate with site teams for billing-related activities.
Prepare and verify measurement sheets.
Prepare installation billing plans and track billing progress.
Update PMS for erection-related activities.
Review pending erection work against physical stock.
Identify unused materials and communicate key findings to concerned departments.
Follow up with clients, consultants, and site teams for invoice certification.
Prepare and coordinate certification of balance 20% billing sheets.
Prepare and circulate cost comparison reports and project commercial status.
Participate in recovery and back-office coordination meetings.
Share daily billing and commercial status updates.
Prepare project-wise budgets and track planned vs. actual costs.
Carry out material quantification from drawings and verify quantities.
Handle project final reconciliation and commercial closure.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MEP project billing and commercial processes.
Good understanding of measurement sheets, material reconciliation, and project costing.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, site teams, and internal departments.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Salary Range: ₹30,000–₹40,000 Gross per month
