Operations Manager

Nextstep HR is hiring Operations Manager for a men's skincare brand in its pre-launch phase, with products being finalised and launch planned for early next year. The team is small and founder-led, and the role sits right next to the founders.
About the Role
This is a high-ownership, founder's-office-style role. You won't have a narrow job description. You'll work across functions to help take the brand from pre-launch to launch, picking up whatever needs to get done.
Location:-Goregaon (shifting to Andheri in the coming months)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations: Coordinate and manage day-to-day pre-launch activities
Sales: Support sales initiatives, outreach and business development
Marketing: Assist with marketing strategy, campaigns and execution
Social Media: Support content planning, execution and brand communication
Product / R&D: Assist with product finalisation, research and coordination with stakeholders
Launch Preparation: Support the founders in everything needed to get launch-ready
Founder's Office: Own ad-hoc projects, research, coordination and execution across functions
Who Can Apply -
Motivated freshers: strong intent to learn, comfortable wearing multiple hats, self-driven, take ownership without waiting for instructions
Experienced candidates: background in a founder's office, startup, operations, brand or D2C environment, with proven ability to run and coordinate projects independently
