Program Manager

We are hiring a Program Manager – Business Operations to join the Group CEO Office in Aerocity, Delhi.
This role is suited for a high-ownership professional who can work closely with senior leadership, drive business-critical initiatives and bring structure, pace and accountability to cross-functional execution.
The role will involve working across multiple business functions and strategic priorities, with end-to-end ownership of key projects from planning through execution and closure.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic and business-critical projects end to end
Coordinate cross-functional execution across Operations, Finance, Sales, Technology, HR and Commercial teams
Translate leadership priorities into structured action plans, timelines and measurable outcomes
Identify bottlenecks, dependencies and risks, and drive timely closure
Build project trackers, dashboards, MIS and leadership updates
Support process improvement, transformation and new business initiatives
Prepare structured business reviews, presentations and decision notes
Work closely with the Group CEO Office on priority initiatives requiring strong follow-through and execution discipline

Candidate Profile
3–6 years of relevant experience
Experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Founder’s Office, CEO Office or Consulting
Tier-1 academic background preferred – IIT / IIM or equivalent
Experience with Tier-1 organizations / high-performance business environments preferred
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, MIS and analytical capability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
