Responsibilities:
Drive gemstone and product sales, ensuring high conversion rates at our retail store
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Work closely with the team to achieve individual and overall sales targets
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
What we’re looking for:
6 months – 1 years of experience in inside sales (jewellery/gemstones is a plus)
A go-getter attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
