IT Quality Control Officer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Quality Control Officer to join our team and contribute to ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of our digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute functional, integration, regression, and system testing for IT applications and digital services.
Review business requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
Prepare and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
Coordinate with Development, Business, and other IT teams to ensure issues are properly analyzed and resolved.
Perform regression testing following fixes and new releases.
Support UAT activities and ensure solutions meet defined business and technical requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and quality processes.
Ensure proper testing documentation, reporting, and release readiness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT Quality Control, Software Testing.
Experience in functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
Experience in defect management and test management tools.
Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
