Mid-Level Graphic Designer / Animator (Digital & Social)

Clearwater is a design-led production and marketing agency working with some of Africa's biggest entertainment and sport brands. We're growing a dedicated digital studio team and are looking for designers who can turn out high volumes of polished social content fast.
What you'll do
Adapt key visuals into social assets across 16x9, 1x1, 4x5 and 9x16
Create character cards, countdowns, tune-ins, watchlists, fixtures, results and standings
Build editable templates the team can roll out quickly
Work to tight deadlines on reality, drama, sport and VOD content
What you'll need
2+ years' experience in a studio, agency or broadcast environment
Strong Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills, with a sharp eye for type and layout
Experience producing social content at volume while staying on brand
After Effects basics are a strong plus
A portfolio showing social and campaign work
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
2-4 years of experience in graphic design / animation
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
Portfolio of work
