About the Role
We are looking for Business Insights & Analytics professionals with strong experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, dashboard development, and deriving actionable business insights.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in BI tools and SQL, along with the ability to understand business problems, engage with clients, and translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
This role offers an opportunity to work on challenging business problems for Fortune 500 companies across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy scalable BI solutions based on client requirements.
Develop complex dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
Participate in client discussions to understand business problems, technical requirements, challenges, and decision-making processes.
Translate business requirements into effective reporting, analytics, and decision-support solutions.
Drive deep analysis and generate actionable insights beyond surface-level observations.
Identify opportunities to improve the performance of existing dashboards, SQL queries, and BI architecture.
Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Document SOPs, project deliverables, processes, and technical/business requirements effectively.
Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and internal governance processes.
Work independently with minimal guidance from BIA leadership.
Manage and contribute to multiple engagements/projects in parallel.
Required Skills & Experience
4–8 years of overall experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL concepts.
Experience in developing complex BI dashboards and reports.
Strong understanding of data analysis, visualization, and business insights.
Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience in understanding business processes, decision flows, reporting requirements, and decision-support needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exposure to BI performance optimization, query optimization, or BI architecture.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
