Role Description The Myanmar Online Language School Franchise Partner will be responsible for establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in Myanmar through a remote, contract-based franchise agreement. Daily activities include managing the local online school operations, overseeing marketing campaigns, and developing outreach strategies to attract individual learners, schools, and corporate clients. The partner will coordinate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team, leverage the ready-built e-commerce platform and CRM, and ensure high-quality delivery of language and skills training programs using the provided course materials. This role involves recruiting and supporting teaching staff as needed, monitoring performance metrics, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities and partnerships. The franchise partner will also manage client communication, respond to inquiries, and maintain alignment with Lingua Learn’s brand standards and service quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage clients, partners, and teaching staff effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market trends, evaluate performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Candidates should possess clear Writing skills for preparing proposals, marketing content, and professional correspondence.
Candidates should possess Training experience or the ability to coordinate and support training activities for staff and clients.
Experience in education, language training, or franchise management is beneficial.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Business development or sales experience, particularly in the Myanmar market, is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and familiarity with Myanmar’s local languages and culture are highly desirable.
