European Sales Manager | Technical Sales | Remote
£80,000-£100,000 (equivalent in Euros)
A global engineering business is looking for a European Sales Manager to take ownership of growth across the European market.
This is a high-impact technical sales role focused on winning new business, developing distributors and OEM relationships, and expanding market share.
What you’ll be doing:
Drive sales growth across Europe
Build and develop distributor, OEM and key account networks
Identify new markets, customers and commercial opportunities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Deliver technical presentations, product support and customer training
Work with engineering and product teams to bring customer requirements to market
What we’re looking for:
5+ years' technical sales experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment
Proven track record of growing revenue and developing new business
Strong technical aptitude – mechanical power transmission experience or similar industry would be highly advantageous (Gears, clutches, brakes etc)
Experience managing a large European territory
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent English is essential
Willingness to travel extensively (50–60%)
Location: Remote – anywhere in the UK or Europe with travel to client site
