Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Cloud Operations / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Experience supporting production cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry
- Experience with Logstash
- Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch / OpenSearch
- Experience with Kubernetes and container infrastructure
- Experience with OpenStack-based infrastructure
- Exposure to SAP Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform:
- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong understanding of IAM, mTLS, and OAuth
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with GitHub Actions
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD and GitOps
- Experience in incident response and root-cause analysis
- Knowledge of SLOs, SLIs, and reliability engineering
- Experience with disaster recovery

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 Level 3 (L3) operations support
- Independently resolve operational, platform, and infrastructure issues
- Lead incident response and root-cause analysis
- Reduce operational escalations to development teams
- Develop AI agents and operational automation solutions
- Automate L1/L2 operational activities
- Improve platform reliability, availability, and resilience
- Design, implement, and maintain SLOs and SLIs
- Support and improve disaster recovery processes
- Assist with customer onboarding
- Support technical solution design and implementation
