ServiceNow solution architecture and transformation roadmaps
Experience in presales, consulting, and solution design
IT Operations knowledge; ITIL Foundation preferred
Ability to coordinate, negotiate, and influence stakeholders
Strong presentation and business communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead solution design, costing, and technical proposals
Engage with clients to understand requirements and conduct workshops
Present solutions to client and internal leadership teams
Develop business cases, SOWs, and transformation roadmaps
Partner with sales teams throughout the sales lifecycle
Act as the key solution contact for customers
Support RFI/RFP responses, demos, POCs, and customer presentations
Transition signed opportunities to delivery teams
Stay current on ServiceNow capabilities, industry trends, and competition
Mentor team members and represent the organization in executive briefings and marketing events
