SAP PPDS Consultant

PPDS Senior Consultant (SAP S/4HANA PP/DS)
Location: India
Duration: 6-month contract
Working mode: Remote
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP/DS consultant to support a manufacturing planning programme.
Key responsibilities
Configure embedded PP/DS master data, heuristics, optimization profiles and the Detailed Scheduling planning board
Implement finite and infinite capacity scheduling, order sequencing, block planning and campaign planning
Maintain products, locations, resources, production versions, PDS and time streams
Manage integration between PP/DS, core PP/MRP, CIF and external MES
Run Fit-Gap analyses, write WRICEF functional specs, and support UAT, cutover and go-live
Monitor alerts, resolve planning and scheduling issues, and train end users
Must have
Strong hands-on experience with PP/DS and PP Fiori apps
Good understanding of CDS views and their integration with third-party planning tools such as Kinaxis
Ability to troubleshoot incidents by relating functional specs to CDS views and the custom tables behind them
Knowledge of PP/QM master data (BoM, routings, batches, stocks, inspection lots) as used in Kinaxis planning
Exposure to Control-M batch jobs for SAP objects
