Chartered Accountant - Direct Taxation

### Job Summary
We are looking for a *CA Final Passed / Qualified Chartered Accountant* with *1+ year of relevant experience* in accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for supporting finance operations, statutory compliance, audits, financial analysis, and management reporting.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities.
* Prepare and review *financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports*.
* Handle *GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances*.
*Direct and Indirect Taxation
*Support *internal, statutory and tax audits*.
* Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
* Assist in *month-end and year-end closing* activities.
* Review expenses, invoices, ledgers and supporting documents.
* Perform financial analysis and provide insights to management.
* Monitor statutory payment and filing deadlines.
* Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other stakeholders.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
* Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
* Identify process gaps and support improvements in finance and accounting processes.
### Required Skills
* *CA Final Passed / Qualified Chartered Accountant*.
* Minimum *1+ year of post-qualification or relevant experience*.
* Strong knowledge of *Accounting, Auditing and Taxation*.
* Good understanding of *GST, TDS and Income Tax*.
* Knowledge of *Ind AS / Accounting Standards*.
* Experience with *MIS and financial reporting*.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in *MS Excel* and accounting/ERP systems.
* Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines.
### Preferred Experience
Candidates from *Manufacturing, Automotive, IT/ITES, Engineering, Consulting, or other corporate finance environments* will be considered.
