About Anatomic
Anatomic is building the real-world healthcare data layer for AI.
Founded by a Y Combinator founder and supported by Morepen, one of India’s established healthcare and pharmaceutical groups, we are building access to healthcare data at a scale designed for frontier AI research.
Our data capabilities include:
5B+ medical images
CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound and other imaging modalities, with the ability to create highly specific cohorts and cuts.
Live surgical data
Real-world surgical and procedural video, including surgeon POV and operating-room data.
Clinical audio
Doctor-patient conversations, specialist interactions and other real-world clinical audio at scale.
Longitudinal clinical data
Patient histories, diagnostics, reports, prescriptions, labs and associated clinical context.
Datasets built to specification
We can work with research teams to source, structure and annotate datasets against specific model-training, evaluation and research requirements.
We are now building relationships with frontier AI labs, applied AI companies and research teams across the United States.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a small number of senior AI Data Partnership Advisors with existing relationships inside the AI research ecosystem.
This is not a conventional sales position.
We are specifically looking for people who already know applied scientists, research scientists, multimodal AI teams, model-training teams, data leaders and research leadership at major AI organizations.
Your role is to help Anatomic get into the right rooms.
What You Will Do
* Make direct introductions to relevant AI research and applied-science teams
* Identify active requirements for healthcare training and evaluation data
* Help turn research requirements into commercial dataset opportunities
* Advise Anatomic on how frontier AI organizations evaluate and procure external data
* Support strategic conversations through pilot and commercial closure
* Help establish long-term relationships with leading AI organizations
Relevant relationships may include teams at organizations such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind, Meta AI, Microsoft AI, NVIDIA, Amazon, Scale AI, Snorkel AI, Surge AI and other leading AI companies.
Who We Want
You may have previously worked at a frontier AI company, AI data company, research organization or AI infrastructure company.
We care less about traditional sales experience and much more about whether you have real, trusted relationships with the people building AI models.
Especially relevant backgrounds include:

Compensation
This is primarily a success-based advisory engagement.
Advisors participate directly in the value of commercial relationships they originate and help bring to closure.
We are intentionally aligning compensation with outcomes rather than hours worked.
This can sit alongside an existing role, subject to any applicable employer or conflict requirements.
