Warehouse Associate

Our warehouse team members are the ambassadors of our Construction Rental Equipment Division. We are seeking a customer service–oriented individual who values teamwork, communication, and reliability to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare equipment in advance of loading and delivery
Greet customers and assist with loading and unloading rental equipment in the warehouse and equipment yard
Ensure all equipment is clean, fueled, and ready for rental
Inspect, clean, and restock returned equipment
Perform basic maintenance tasks as required
Support operations across other divisions including portable toilet services, event operations, and yard activities as needed
Assist with deliveries and pickups which may include driving.
Requirements:
Knowledge of construction equipment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read instructions, complete basic paperwork, and perform basic math
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual work
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Well-groomed, organized, and personable
Valid Cayman Islands Group 2 Driver’s License (or equivalent)
Clean police clearance
Additional Information:
This is a physically demanding role requiring strength, stamina, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
