Tech Observer is hiring Senior Technical Recruiters (US Staffing)
Do you have exp of working on Technical FTE role?? Join our growing team and work with leading US clients in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Location: Sector 62, Noida (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: 4 Days Onsite | 1 Day Work From Home
Shift: Night Shift (US EST)
What We're Looking For
4–8+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (IT and Non IT Requirements)
Hands-on experience with MSP, Direct Clients, and VMS
Strong sourcing expertise using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals
Experience sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for US-based clients
Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to work US shift hours from our Noida office
