Tax Senior Analyst

What You Will Do:
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate tax returns (VAT/GST, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax) while ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and corporate requirements
• Perform monthly reconciliations between tax returns and General Ledger accounts to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax authority inquiries, coordinating responses and supporting documentation
• Support quarterly and annual tax provision calculations, deferred tax accounting, tax accruals, and related reporting requirements
• Assist in transfer pricing documentation reviews, intercompany transactions, and local compliance requirements
• Review and validate tax-related financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Support internal stakeholders with tax information, reporting requirements, and analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial procedures
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the tax and accounting function

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field
• 4 years of experience in Tax, Accounting, or Finance roles
• Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, tax compliance, and tax accounting
• Experience with tax reporting, reconciliations, and audits
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in multinational companies or Shared Services environments
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Experience with corporate income tax provisions and deferred tax accounting
• Knowledge of transfer pricing concepts and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in English
