Clinic Director - Columbia, MD

The Clinic Director is the senior leader within a clinic, overseeing all team members at the location. The Clinic Director translates organizational strategy into day-to-day clinic operations, continuously driving results, quality of care, improvements and innovation.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Clinic Operations Management:
Responsible for effective, high quality, outcomes-oriented therapy for every child / client.
Develop and execute operational plans to achieve clinic goals and organizational initiatives.
Responsible for effective operational workflows, resource allocation, budget performance, and KPI achievement.
Foster operational excellence through proactive leadership, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
