We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer to support enterprise tenant-to-tenant migrations, including divestitures, mergers, and consolidations.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Microsoft 365 migration waves, cutovers, and post-migration support.
Migrate and troubleshoot Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
Support Intune/device migrations and user onboarding.
Use tools such as AvePoint Fly, Quest, or BitTitan.
Troubleshoot mail flow, permissions, access, devices, and collaboration platforms.
Coordinate with technical teams, project managers, vendors, and clients.
Maintain migration documentation and status updates.
Requirements
Hands-on Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration experience.
Strong Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and AD knowledge.
Experience with Entra Connect/Azure AD Connect, Intune, and PowerShell.
Understanding of cross-tenant coexistence and Exchange mail flow.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Flexibility to support after-hours migration activities when required.
