We are hiring Full Time Property Management Assistant
Overview:
Client business Overview: Builds new properties from the ground up, primarily in Jersey City and Jersey City Heights. May retain and manage some completed properties.
Goal: Hire a full-time VA to support the builder’s real estate acquisition, permitting, inspection, and transaction-related administration.
Key Specific Tasks VA will do:
Follow up with Jersey City regarding permits and inspection scheduling
Follow up with sellers regarding offers and transaction status. Handle phone and email communication with relevant organizations and parties
Technical Requirements:
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

VA Schedule: 9AM - 6PM EST
Salary:
Non- Bilingual - PHP 40,000/month plus HMO after 6months of tenure
Bilingual (Spanish-English)- $900 to $1100 USD per month
