Temporary Invoice Validation Processor

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Provide data entry support to the accounts payable department with invoice validation. This position is a temporary position that will last roughly 4 - 6 months.
STEP INTO THE ROLE
Manage high-volume invoice processing in AP Agility, cross-referencing entries against source invoices to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies within the AP Agility system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience required.
Microsoft Excel experience required.

Experience with AP Agility.

$20.97 - $28.82 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
