Job Summary
We are hiring a Support Associate to ensure smooth communication with Transporters & fleet owners. The role requires fluency in Hindi and local regional languages to improve customer understanding, faster issue resolution, and overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with transporters & fleet owners in Hindi/regional languages
Resolve transporters issues efficiently
Handle escalations in the transporters ’s preferred language
