Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Marketing role for finished formulations in nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals, based in Bengaluru. The position involves managing domestic and international B2B marketing activities, including promoting nutraceutical and pharma finished formulations to distributors, institutions, and corporate clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing market research, identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing marketing strategies, and supporting sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets (up to ₹15 LPA, depending on experience). The role also includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams for product positioning, preparing marketing collaterals, and representing the company at industry events or client meetings. Experience in nutraceutical or pharma finished formulations is preferred to effectively understand product portfolios and market dynamics.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with domestic and international B2B clients.
Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and design effective campaigns for finished formulations.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead generation, negotiation, and closure of B2B deals in nutraceutical and pharma segments.
Relevant experience in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical finished formulations, especially in B2B marketing, is preferred.
Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, presentation, and documentation skills; proficiency with common office and CRM/marketing tools is an advantage.
Graduate degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is beneficial; an MBA or specialized qualification in marketing is an added advantage.
