Chief Financial Officer

Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing all financial operations of mihir construction & company. This role includes leading financial planning and budgeting processes, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. The CFO will develop and implement financial policies, support strategic decision-making, and maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, collaborating with leadership on long-term growth plans, and managing relationships with auditors, banks, and key stakeholders. The CFO will also guide finance team members, establish internal controls, and contribute to improving profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to prepare, interpret, and present accurate financial information.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, enabling data-driven insights, risk assessment, and performance evaluation.
Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries is beneficial.
Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance) is an advantage.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, integrity, and the capacity to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
