Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the ethical and professional standards established by the applicable nursing licensure board.
Leadership & Professional Attributes:
Genuine desire to pursue a clinical leadership career and develop into a Director of Clinical Services (DCS) role.
Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ownership in professional responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, inspire others, and foster positive relationships.
Learning agility and coachability, including the ability to seek, receive, and apply feedback for continuous improvement.

Alignment with Pennant's CAPLICO core values and commitment to a culture of local leadership, ownership, accountability, and growth.
Program Expectations:
Willingness and ability to relocate based on available opportunities and business needs upon successful completion of the program.
Ability to travel throughout the program for training, shadowing experiences, and leadership development events.
Commitment to fully engage in all program requirements, including classroom learning, operational training, mentoring, field experiences, and leadership development activities.
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 during the training program. Salary may be renegotiated upon successful completion of the CCIT program, and being extended an offer to join a Pennant affiliated agency as the Director of Clinical Services role.
