Role Description The Operator Utility role is a full-time, on-site position based in Uttar Pradesh, India. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring utility systems that support manufacturing processes, including steam generation, wastewater treatment, and other plant utilities. The Operator Utility will perform routine inspections, start-up and shutdown procedures, and basic troubleshooting of utility equipment to ensure continuous and safe operation. The role involves coordinating with maintenance and production teams, keeping accurate logs of utility performance, and adhering to safety, environmental, and quality standards. The Operator Utility may also assist with preventive maintenance tasks and respond to utility-related issues during shifts.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in utility operations, including experience with Utilities and Steam systems.
Candidates should possess skills related to equipment handling, including working with Heavy Equipment.
Candidates should possess skills in Wastewater Treatment processes and basic understanding of environmental compliance.
Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting utility equipment and identifying operational issues.
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, particularly in utility or plant operations, is beneficial.
Knowledge of safety procedures, PPE use, and adherence to regulatory and company standards is required.
Ability to read and follow operating instructions, maintain logs, and communicate clearly with team members.
Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or utility operations is preferred.
