Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: Onsite.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Apodaca.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Support recruitment and selection processes for operational / blue-collar positions.
Assist with candidate screening, interviews, and recruitment follow-up.
Support the administration and tracking of candidate and employee files.
Follow up on open positions according to business and staffing needs.
Participate in talent attraction activities and recruitment events.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Assist with recruitment-related reports, metrics, and follow-up activities.
Gain knowledge of benefits, compensation schemes, and employment conditions for operational employees.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
Active student pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
1 year or less remaining before graduation.
Intermediate English.
Interest in developing a career in Human Resources / Recruitment.
Proactive, organized, responsible, and eager to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
